By downloading, installing, or using Flowdash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app. These terms apply to all users of Flowdash, including free and pro subscribers.

Flowdash is a personal finance and scheduling tool intended for personal, non-commercial use. By using Flowdash you agree:

• Not to use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Not to interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure or servers
• Not to use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
• To use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

To use Flowdash you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Flowdash account. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Flowdash — your expenses, goals, events, and personal information. By using the app, you grant INNCA Technologies a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Flowdash service. We do not claim ownership of your personal financial data and will never sell it.

Flowdash offers a free tier and a Pro subscription:

• Free users — access to core features with advertisements displayed
• Pro subscribers — access to all features with no advertisements

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any features of the free tier at any time with reasonable notice. Pro subscription terms will be detailed separately at the time of purchase.

Free users of Flowdash will see advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version of Flowdash you consent to the display of these advertisements. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings. Advertisements are not shown to Pro subscribers.

Flowdash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Flowdash is a personal budgeting tool and does not constitute financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making significant financial decisions. INNCA Technologies is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data or insights provided by the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INNCA Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Flowdash — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from reliance on information provided by the app.

You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Flowdash after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Flowdash shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
