What data gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days:

Account profile — name, username, email address
All financial data — expenses, budget categories, monthly limits
All savings goals and progress history
All scheduled events and calendar data
Daily streak, achievements, and badges
Notification preferences and app settings
Profile photo uploaded to our servers

Note: You can export all your data as a CSV file before deleting your account. The export option is available inside the app at Profile → Delete Account → Export data first.

Method 1 — Delete directly in the app

Delete in Flowdash app Recommended · Instant

Open the Flowdash app and follow these steps:

Open the Flowdash app and go to the Profile tab (bottom right)

Scroll down to Danger Zone section

Tap Delete Account

Optionally tap Export data first to save a CSV of all your data

Check the confirmation box and tap Continue

Enter your password to confirm and tap Delete My Account Forever

Your account and all data is permanently deleted immediately

Method 2 — Request deletion by email

Email us a deletion request Processed within 30 days

Send a deletion request to innca.tech@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Include your registered email address and username in the message

We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days

You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data has been permanently deleted

I would like to permanently delete my Flowdash account and all associated data.
Email: [your registered email]
Username: [your username]

Please confirm once the deletion is complete.

Data deletion timeline

In-app deletion: Account is deleted immediately. All data is removed from our servers within 30 days.

Email request: We process your request within 30 days of receiving it.
